Investment Guide

Type of strategy, coaching, healing, or program development that a client will receive will be discussed with the company decision maker Trinity Villanueva.

All consultants are paid equitably. 100% of our Kapwa are from marginalized communities. Once a contract is signed, our consultants hold their time for the outlined scope of work. 80% of the pay goes to facilitation, content, and energy put into the work. 20% goes to overhead and back into the business to thrive. We are transparent about our pay and how it’s allocated to ensure our Client is values-aligned. If travel expenses are needed, we will discuss this with you in the future.

How We Reciprocate

We have multiple areas of expertise through lived experiences, personal identities, and external education.

Many consultants have titles in spaces that utilize letters such as DEIBJA - however, Diwa Soul is soul-deep and although some of these surface type areas can give us more insights, it’s the deeper systemic work that we are working towards.

This type of work is much slower with greater benefits. It also requires much more of an energy exchange if our clients are willing to engage in this work.

  • These are intimate ways in collecting data points that are mostly qualitative. We depend on our clients to provide quantitative data. If this cannot be provided, then we will work alongside client to obtain this type of data.

  • Topic areas of expertise ad identities will be grouped accordingly with facilitators and trainers, with coaches having prioritization.

    They can be done in-person or virtually, in-person travel may be an added cost to the client, with reimbursement taken care of after the travel.

  • All coaches are certified and/or with over 10 years of experience in coaching. Most coaches are ICF certified, however, our Founder believes in bringing in Spirit and liberatory work which cannot be found in white spaces of coaching certifications.

  • These are added on with the client discretion and prices depend on the amount needed.

  • Investing in us on an on-going basis will allow us to add in a discount.

    Nonprofit and NGO pricing, depending on the scope of work and any budgetary constraints will also have consideration for a negotiable price.

*Prices have a range based on size of company, budgetary constraints, alongside the level of the person being coached and the energy needed, with potential overhead costs. Nonprofits will be discounted.

Group

  • Six (6) total sessions at 2 hours each up to 6 people with 1 coach: $2,500

  • Six (6) total sessions at 2 hours each up to 6 people with 2 coaches: $4,500

  • Two (2) total healing sessions at 3 hours each for up to 6 people with 1 coach: $1,000

*These prices are more difficult to have ranges due to the energy necessary for these types of group coaching and/ or healing sessions. Additionally, specific materials will be bought by the facilitator/s in order to clear the space effectively whether virtual or in-person.

Consultative Coaching

  • $300 per hour per consultant

*A note from Trinity:

I do not consider myself a coach by any traditional standards, although I have much training in traditional coaching environments. Many of our coaches are healers and guides; they bring in Spirit into each session. If this is something that you are interested in, then we hope it calls to you. We want to ensure that you are open to this type of guidance at this time.

1:1 Spiritual Readings

  • $333 based on the energy work per 90 mins for individuals only + offering to Guides
  • $222 based on the energy work per 60 mins for individuals only + offering to Guides

Offered are: Akashic Records Readings, Connecting to Ancestors, Healing Sessions, Card Pulls - Oracle & Tarot, Epigenetic Trauma Readings

These are no less than 90 minutes.

Add-Ons

Training Card Decks

We work with a Baltimore-local printer that is women owned and Black women run. The cards will be created as tools for the participants to have tangible resources to reflect back onto.
Pricing ranges from $50 - $1,000.

Human Design 

Three of our coaches Trinity Villanueva, Antoinette Placides, Lola Fayemi are all Human Design Guides and can give individuals readings based on their Human Design if wanted. This will activate learning how communication styles can be elevated, along with decision-making skills, rest needed and allowed, inquiry level based on energy, and so on.
Pricing of $75 per individual or discounted on groups larger than 10.
Will be included in 1:1 coaching.

Insights Report

Reports will include overall themes and trends and findings. Anonymity will be kept throughout the process, within the code of ethics for our coaches and consultants. Each report will be created with no less than 2 consultants to mitigate biases and with a detail-oriented process.
Pricing ranges between $3,000 - $5,000 depending on scale and need.
Recommendations Report is built into the pricing. They will be given in strategy sessions and after trainings are completed and throughout coaching sessions.

Strategy Consulting

  • $300 per hour, per consultant with more than 48 hours advance notice of work needed
  • $500 per hour, per consultant with less than 48 hours advance notice of work needed
